Environments

Environment ideas for my story. I'm imagining the homeland at the beginning of the story being lush and rich of life, and the arctic being barren like a desert. I'm trying to find different ways for my characters to travel through the arctic and different themes for regions in the arctic.

The Second Character

The second character of my senior project is the main character's close and only friend. She is the opposite to the main character by being highly active and spontaneous. As the story progresses, she learns to calm herself and rely on her mind to be more adept.

Arctic Runner

My senior project is an adventure story that takes place in the Ice Age going. Here is the basic silhouette line-up of my cast, and concepts for my main character. The main character of my story is a bit of an outcast because of his rational behavior and small size. Eventually, he will evolve to be more adept person physically and mentally.

Narnia WIP

As a little summer fun project, I decided to do some character designs for the first story of the Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and Wardrobe as if it were a 3-D animated feature. The work that I post here are work in progresses, since I was lazy enough to not remove my color palette in the corner. Whenever I find the free time again, I might jump back and finish these images. Oh well.

Fanart

Yeah, label me however you want. From time to time, I like to do some fanart.

Egyptian Temple

This was a group final project in Environment Design class with Jason Scheier. This project was about an adventurer who finds a mysterious Egyptian temple that is located underground below an oasis containing several surreal rooms and hallways with a certain theme attached to each of them.

Little Red Riding Hood

The visual development art that I did for my Little Red Riding Hood project for visual development class with Lou Police. The story takes place in a Native American setting.

Little Red Riding Hood Sketches

Here are many sketches that I did for my visual development class with Lou Police last spring 2009 semester. This is Little Red Riding Hood in a Native American setting.
